To reserve a room follow the steps below:
1. Select your Room Type from the options above.
2. Enter the Client's Full Name (Person that will occupy the room)
3. If you are reserving a room for more than one person, select the continue shopping button in your shopping cart to add another person.
4. Select your payment option. Select the Paypal button to pay with your Paypal account or select Checkout for other payment options. You do not need a Paypal account to complete your deposit.
5. Before completing your deposit be sure to add your full name, a valid email address, check-in date, check-out date, surgeon's name and surgery date.
6. Once your deposit is received we will confirm your booking and send you an invoice for the remaining bill.

 A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of check-in.

For every 7 nights you book, the 7th night is free.

Optional Services
Services available at an additional fee
  • Round trip transportation to/from the airport and our recovery house. $100/person
  • Onsite post-op massages by Zara. $25/massage or $100 for 5 sessions
  • Care Giver for hire $50. (To be with you at the clinic after surgery)

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation please send an email to 

Cancellation requests must be submitted 10 days prior to your check-in date. Requests submitted 10 days prior to check-in date will be refunded 100%. Refunds will be given in the same form payment was received.

Be sure to include your full name, check-in date and reservation # in your email. Please retain all email communication for your records until your refund has been fully processed.


Refunds will not be given for cancellation requests not submitted 10 days prior to check-in. In these cases we will work with you to find someone to take your reservation. If we are successful we will issue a refund.
